Completion of Adaptive Reuse Hotel

Five-story boutique, extended-stay hotel completed in Chicago’s West Loop

Summit Design + Build has completed the gut demolition and renovation of a five-story industrial building into a boutique extended-stay hotel at 1436 Randolph in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago.

The five-story extended-stay boutique hotel is located on Randolph Street, directly across from Union Park. This project contains 49 apartment-style rooms, consisting of both studios and one-bedrooms. All rooms are fully equipped with kitchens and in-suite laundry, and the building contains a state-of-the-art fitness center for guests to utilize. The ground floor contains both retail and restaurant space.

Marquette Companies served as the developer, and Brininstool + Lynch as the Architect for the project.
