Summit Design + Build’s Tampa office is led by Florida native, Scott Hutchison, along with a strong team of project managers and engineers with extensive experience in luxury retail, multi-family residential, restaurants, and industrial. While a regional office, the Southeast location operates with a national reach, servicing the entire Florida market as well as the southern United States including Texas and Missouri, and strives to evolve and grow in tandem with the Tampa market.
