1040 W. Fulton Wins 2021 Wood Design Award for Regional Excellence

Summit Design + Build’s headquarters has won the 2021 U.S. WoodWorks Wood Design Award for Regional Excellence. The office development was the first mass timber construction project in Chicago in over 50 years.
