Pile Foundations in Multifamily Construction

Deep foundation work is underway! On this site, the surface soil beneath the parking lot doesn’t have the strength to support our 7-story building. To solve this, we’re driving steel piles approximately 55 feet into the ground until they reach soil with a higher bearing capacity.
