Newest location marks third in Chicago for national mortgage lender

CHICAGO – Summit Design + Build, LLC recently completed an office build-out for PERL Mortgage. The build-out was completed while Summit Design + Build was working on the remodel of the base building at 413 N. Carpenter in Chicago’s Fulton Market. Skokie-based Ravine Park Partners is the owner of the 23,000 square foot mixed-use property which consists of approximately 11,453 square feet of commercial space and 10 lofted apartments.

The newest 4,000 square foot location, which features private offices, open offices, conference rooms, a kitchen and reception area, is PERL’s third office in Chicago, joining their corporate office at 2936 W. Belmont in Avondale and office at 101 W. Grand in River North. They also have locations in Deerfield, Homer Glen, Naperville, Oak Brook, Oak Park and Schaumburg and are licensed in 26 states. PERL has consistently been ranked as one of the top 100 mortgage lenders in the nation.

Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) provided architectural services for both the renovation of base building at 413 N. Carpenter and the PERL Mortgage build-out.
