Summit Design + Build Wraps Up Work on Edgewater Multifamily

Summit Design + Build, along with City Pads, Catapult Real Estate Solutions and Cagan Management Group recently completed the construction of Edge on Broadway in the North Side’s Edgewater neighborhood. Summit Design + Build demolished an existing single-story building to make way for the new mixed-use apartment building.

The new six-story, 79,000 square foot apartment building at 6149 N. Broadway features 105 apartment units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. The building also has 3,700 square feet of first-floor retail space and 45 parking spaces. Edge on Broadway is located just off of the Granville Red Line stop and within walking distance of the Loyola University Chicago campus.

Built Form served as the project architect and Clausen Management Services served as the owner’s representative for Edge on Broadway. Currently, the project is in pre-leasing
