Ari found his calling in construction management after interning with a local developer and being introduced to the idea of a career that could positively impact the growth and development of the community. Years later, Ari is still driven by the challenges and rewards of the industry. Whether an adaptive reuse or ground-up project, Ari brings an innovative and thoughtful approach to his role as Senior Project Manager. He believes in maintaining open and honest communication across the board and remaining fair but firm when dealing with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that projects stay on schedule and within prescribed budgets. Ari also currently serves as a Commissioner for The Village of Glenview’s New Development Commission (NDC).
