Founded in 2005, Summit Design + Build started with a simple vision: to build a company passionate about construction and delivering on its promises. Twenty years later, we’ve grown from our Chicago roots and expanded into Austin, TX.
From our headquarters in Chicago’s Fulton Market to over 460 completed projects spanning 12 million square feet, our focus remains the same: creating spaces where people and businesses thrive.
